Are you ready to supercharge your productivity and achieve your goals? Running your own local GSD (Get Sh*t Done) accountability group is a great way to stay accountable, motivated, and focused on your tasks. You also get the added benefits of expanding your network, connecting others, and improving your own productivity.
Run bi-weekly in-person GSD sessions (e.g. see Oaxaca GSD)
Host your own Zoom room for virtual GSD sessions, whenever the opportunity presents itself for your group
Create and facilitate an engaged online group (e.g. Slack/WhatsApp/etc — choose just one)
The idea behind these groups is that they should support work you’re already doing. When done right, these groups can be very light-touch, and not require too much of your time or attention.
After around 50 members, people will start self-organizing and start to run or lead things on their own. Your role is to setup the culture.
In order to run a local GSD group, you must:
Be a paying member of GSD Global ($29/mo)
Contact a group leader about your intentions
Register your group with our team
You will then be given relevant access and have full autonomy over your local group, within the broader guidelines of GSD Global.

TIPS FOR LEADERSHIP
Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal productivity and goal achievement. Show your dedication by consistently participating in meetings, setting and achieving your own goals, and sharing your progress with the group.
Offer guidance and support to group members as they navigate their productivity journeys. Be available to answer questions, provide resources, and offer advice when needed. Encourage a collaborative environment where members feel comfortable sharing their challenges and seeking assistance.
Plan and lead engaging discussions, workshops, etc. that contribute to the group's learning and growth. Encourage members to share their insights, experiences, and best practices. Foster an inclusive and respectful atmosphere where everyone's voice is heard.
Implement accountability measures to help members stay focused and committed to their goals. Regularly check in with members to track their progress, provide feedback, and offer encouragement. Help members set SMART goals and hold them accountable for their actions.
Encourage active participation, constructive feedback, and celebration of achievements. Address any conflicts or issues that may arise and ensure that all members feel valued and included.
Regularly seek feedback from group members on how to improve the GSD group experience. Adapt and adjust the format and goals based on the needs and preferences of the members. Strive to create a dynamic and evolving community that meets the changing needs of its participants.
